Had a broken binding/warranty issue with a pair of Volkl RTMs that were purchased through an online retailer. The folks at High Adventure were extremely helpful and dealt with a lot of back and forth with Volkl to resolve the issue. They were great to work with and I am very pleased with the outcome. We will be headed here when it is time to get new skis.

The staff here is so knowledgeable and I highly recommend them to anyone in the capital region. I went in, several times, looking for something specific and they were very patient and found something very close to what I wanted. I took my new Nordica Soul Rider skis out on the mountain today and I had a blast! Thanks High Adventure for making my first ski purchase from you enjoyable. We just got back from renting skis for the kids and are so thrilled. Their 5 and under for free program is absolutely fantastic, a perfect way to introduce kids to the sport without a huge financial commitment. We brought young twins in to get fitted and without even asking the gentleman brought us out matching boots and skis avoiding about 100 arguments this coming winter over who gets to use which pair! That one move alone was so thoughtful and considerate, I was completely blown away. We will do business here every year. Thank you!
