The following is an example of our basic tune-up:

• Clean base of residual waxes, dirt and debris
• Hand feed individual skis into Wintersteiger re-basing machine (skis only)
• Wet-sand excess p-tex from base and edges
• Diamond-stone grind base for flush, clean surface (skis only)
• Wet-sharpen edges
• Wet-bevel base
• Diamond-stone grind base for polish pass, cutting micro-pattern for retaining wax (skis only)
• Hot wax base, clean skis
• (NEW) Proffesional bevel machine the creates a factory finish on your edges
