Our technicians our tooled with the latest technology to perform virtually any repair including edge repair, helicoiling, delamination and base extrusion. We have the area's only Wintersteiger re-basing machine and a first-rate staff to put life back into your equipment.
The following is an example of our basic tune-up:
Clean base of residual waxes, dirt and debris
Hand feed individual skis into Wintersteiger re-basing machine (skis only)
Wet-sand excess p-tex from base and edges
Diamond-stone grind base for flush, clean surface (skis only)
Wet-sharpen edges
Wet-bevel base
Diamond-stone grind base for polish pass, cutting micro-pattern for retaining wax (skis only)
Hot wax base, clean skis
